Shipping & Returns
We offer domestic shipping within the United States. Hawaii, Alaska, and over-sized orders will incur an additional charge. Unfortunately, we do not know these charges until we have the order and destination. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship all items using USPS or UPS.
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We are proud to ship plastic-free.
Free local pickup is available on Fridays from 10:00am-1:00pm. Choose the "Local Pickup" option at checkout and items will be ready by the following Friday (please place you order by Thursday at midnight to ensure next-day processing). You will receive an email when your order is ready.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are happy to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note your refund will be reduced by the cost of return shipping.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Login to our online return portal using your order number and zip code.
- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
- Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
